The program uses staff names, authorized mobile numbers, consent and withdrawal records, and message status information to operate alerts, honor preferences, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain records. Signed consent forms are kept privately. Do not upload completed forms to public websites.
Gurian Law does not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Messaging service providers process the destination number and message information as necessary to deliver and operate the service on Gurian Law’s behalf.
Alerts contain a general notification and a portal link, not prospect names, contact information, or case details. Authorized staff must sign in to see case information. Access to staff consent records is restricted to those administering the program.
Reply STOP to opt out, or contact the administrator. Contact info@gurianlawoffice.com or (877) 348-7426 to request correction of your number or ask about program records. Consent and suppression records may be retained as needed to honor your choices and document the program.
