This program provides optional automated work notifications to Gurian Law staff at the mobile number they authorize. These terms cover internal staff alerts, not client messages or marketing.
Messages notify assigned staff that prospects await contact or follow-up and link to the secure portal. Message frequency varies with assignments and follow-up needs. Alerts do not include prospect names, phone numbers, medical details, or other case information. Sign in to view those details.
Participation requires a separately completed staff text consent form. Giving a phone number, receiving portal access, or agreeing to general website terms does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. You can use the portal without enrolling in texts. Notify the administrator if your mobile number changes.
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Gurian Law does not charge a separate subscription fee. Program messages use (866) 389-9061. Service begins only after messaging approval and setup are complete.
Reply STOP to stop program texts. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@gurianlawoffice.com or (877) 348-7426. You may also ask the portal administrator to disable your texts. After opting out, a new consent process is required before reminders resume.
Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Staff should continue checking the portal for work and deadlines. Do not send client information in replies.
Read the Staff Text Alerts Privacy Notice. Changes to this program will be reflected in these terms; materially different messaging requires appropriate renewed consent.
