She has several years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and providing therapeutic support to people facing mental health challenges.
Bailey’s connection to the legal profession began with her father, who practiced as a defense attorney in High Point, North Carolina, for more than 30 years. That experience helped shape her appreciation for advocacy, compassion, and dedicated client service. Drawing on her professional and personal experiences, Bailey strives to provide clients with understanding, professionalism, and attentive support throughout their experience.
